If you want an image to have a new file name
You move the image to the new file name, similar to moving a page; you don't upload the same image again with the new file name. Also, moving this image would be unnecessary anyway; it's a pic of the day, and the name is referring to Sakurai posting this image on Smash 3DS's release date.
