Personal tier list?
From what I see it's more of a personal competency chart, which measures how well you do with certain characters instead of how well they represent their observed potential to you in high-level play. You may want to consider changing the wording on that to clarify that it's a measure of how well you do with characters. Talk pages
When you add a new section to a talk page, put it at the bottom. Also clicking the "new section" tab at the top of the page is a better way to do this. Scr7
