Roy[edit]
You need to stop readding false information on Roy's forward smash. The ones you got from other source that mentions about Roy's forward smash is incorrect. Once again, start up on frames 14-15 is NOT quick. It is slow than you think. And besides Roy's forward smash start up was nerfed (hits on frame 12-14 in Melee , but now it hits on frame 14-15).
