SWT: NA Northeast Ultimate Online Qualifier was the eleventh and final Super Smash Bros. Ultimate qualifier for Phase One of the Smash World Tour 2021. It was region locked to several northeastern U.S. states and Canadian provinces. The top six players of the main bracket and the top two players from the Last Chance Qualifier were invited to the Phase Two tournament SWT: NA East Ultimate Regional Finals.

The District of Columbia was originally missing, but added in version 1.1 of the Official Rulebook on February 21st, 2021 (the day after the circuit's announcement).
