RulesEdit

Singles/DoublesEdit

  • 3 Stock; 8 Min. Timer.
  • Items set to off and none.
  • Pause set to off.
  • Team attack on.
  • 35 ledge grab limit for Meta Knight, 50 ledge grab limit for all other characters.
  • Only one Meta Knight is allowed per team in doubles
  • The act of stalling is banned: stalling is intentionally making the game unplayable: Such as becoming invisible, continuing infinites, chain grabs, or uninterruptible moves past 300%, and reaching a position that your opponent can never reach you.
  • Any action that can prevent the game from continuing (i.e., freezing, disappearing characters, game reset, etc.) will result in a forfeit of that match for the player that initiated the action. Players are responsible for knowing their own character, and must be wary about accidentally triggering one of these effects.
  • Time outs are determined by whoever has more stock, or less percent if stock is tied. If a player goes over their LGL at time out, they lose the game. If both players exceed the LGL, the LGL ruling is nullified.
  • If both players are tied exactly at time out, a 1 stock 3 minute rematch will be played. The LGL for this rematch is 13/18 for MK/Others respectively.
  • In teams at time out, LGL is in effect if one player on a team goes over the LGL. If one or more players from both teams go over the LGL, the rule is nullified.
  • If a player is using the character Pokémon Trainer, Lucario, or Sonic, either team may request that team colors be changed to make it easier to tell the difference between team players.
  • All chain grabs and infinites are legal up to 300%.
  • Players/Teams decide on priority by agreement, or a side game like Rock Paper Scissors or GaW Hammer if they can not decide. Winner gets to choose if they want port priority or stage priority. Whichever option they don't pick, the other team gets. Team with port priority picks whichever port they want first. Team who gets stage priority strikes the first stage.
  • Stage striking goes in the order 1-2-1 (Team A strikes 1 stage, Team B strikes 2 stages, Team A strikes 1 stage).
  • After a match is finished, the loser may request to repick controller ports, and if so, they have first pick at ports.
  • All teams must follow the 1-2-2-1 port layout.
  • Each team is allowed one stage ban per set.
  • After a match is finished, the previous winner bans a stage if they haven't yet that set. The previous loser then picks the stage for the next game. Then the winner picks their character(s) followed by the loser.

CrewsEdit

  • 15 stocks per team
  • 4 or 5 players per team
  • If a team has 5 players, each player has 3 stocks
  • If a team has 4 players, 3 players have 4 stocks and one player has 3 stocks
  • Every player must write their character down on a sheet of paper prior to the battle. No more than 2 players may choose Meta Knight at this point.
  • The first stage for each battle is Smashville
  • Smashville, Battlefield, and Yoshi's Island (Brawl) are on Random
  • Final Destination, Lylat Cruise, Pokémon Stadium, Castle Siege, Halberd, Delfino Plaza, and Frigate Orpheon are legal, though not on random
  • When a battle ends, the player who won keeps all of the stocks they have remaining. The losing team sends in their next player. This player may either choose a random stage, or to pick a stage from any legal selection. If the player coming in picks a stage, the player staying in from the winning team may pick any character, including Meta Knight. If random is chosen as the stage, they must stay their character. The player coming in must go the character they wrote on the paper in the beginning, however if their opponent opted to change character, they may pick a different character, including Meta Knight.
  • Every game will have a 10 minute timer. If time runs out, and a player is above in stock, that player will stay and continue with the amount of stocks equal to how many more they have than their opponent. For instance, if time runs out and Player A has 3 stocks and Player B has 2 stocks*Player A will move onto the next game with 1 stock. Both teams will lose 2 stocks from their total because of this. If the two players are tied in stocks, whoever has less percent will move on with one stock remaining.
