Article on Nookipedia Timmy and Tommy

Timmy & Tommy (まめきち&つぶきち, Mamekichi & Tsubukichi), also known as the Nooklings, are twin shopkeepers from the Animal Crossing series, playing a similar role as Tom Nook.

OriginEdit

In the early Animal Crossing games, Timmy and Tommy Nook are Tom Nook's assistants in Nookington's, the largest upgrade to his store. However, starting in New Leaf, they completely take over the shop while their uncle runs a separate estate business. Their role in Villager's Final Smash likely references them being Tom Nook's assistants in the first three games.

In Super Smash Bros. BrawlEdit

As background charactersEdit

Timmy and Tommy are among the many Animal Crossing characters who may appear in the background of Smashville.

TrophyEdit

When Nookway gets remodeled into Nookington's, these twins make their appearance as second-floor salesmen. Tommy's in charge of greeting customers, while Timmy trails along offering support and echoing his older brother's words. Their earnest dedication coupled with their inherent cuteness makes this diminutive duo quite popular.

These twin brothers operate the Nookling stores. Thanks to Tom Nook's teachings, they are just as talented as he is and run Nookling Junction with such success that it can expand several times. Despite their success, they never forget the core value of good customer service.

These twin brothers start off with the little shop Nookling Junction, but they seem to have learned a little something from Tom Nook, and it doesn't take long before the T&T Emporium is open for business! (So fancy.) But no matter how big and impressive their shops get, they've still got a lot to learn...

The twins also appear as a master spirit. They run one of the shops in Adventure Mode: World of Light. Notably, using their amiibo will unlock the master spirit and the shop, though they must still be defeated in order to use the shop in World of Light.
