Test case

Just an idea. I'll expand later. --Sky (t | c | w) 01:12, February 5, 2008 (EST)

That's a very interesting draft for a merged overall Universe template. I don't know if we should have collectible trophies and stickers in there, though; apparently people thought they were too minor for all the normal universe templates and were cut out because of it. Hope I haven't been giving you too bad of edit conflicts, with my drafting. xD --Sky (t | c | w) 02:15, February 5, 2008 (EST)
I didn't get any yet. :O Which is more than what I can say for my editing the DOJO updates page sometimes... Erik, Lord of Universes 02:17, February 5, 2008 (EST)
Heh. I think that's how I'd have it look; the subtopics are "small"ed. I'm not sure how to do a larger template than this though. Probably use something more like the model is atm. --Sky (t | c | w) 02:19, February 5, 2008 (EST)
I think what's going to be extremely difficult is figuring out how the item sections can be divided as easily as the stage sections. Get a load of the normal universe templates for the Smash Bros. universe... O_O; Erik, Lord of Universes 02:22, February 5, 2008 (EST)
I'll go poke away at another template when I can. Need sleep. Anyway, I think I'll copy this over to the main template; Be bold and all that. --Sky (t | c | w) 02:28, February 5, 2008 (EST)

Any which way this ends up, it will be less of a logistical nightmare to watch over than 1 template per char per game. Some templates will probably have to remain split, but for a lot of characters, this should do. We can evaluate on a case-by-case basis. --Sky (t | c | w) 02:45, February 5, 2008 (EST)

Responding to your comment Erik, I don't much care for what ends up included in them, though I can see your concern. I just did the formatting from his version to mine. --Sky (t | c | w) 18:52, February 6, 2008 (EST)

Link Colors

Blue linked text on a black background is a faux-pas of web design. --RJM Talk 14:48, February 5, 2008 (EST)

Where does a black-bg come from? It's blue on blue; is that what you meant? If it is, then I was just going with WP's color scheme for navboxes. o_0 --Sky (t | c | w) 17:58, February 5, 2008 (EST)
I think he means the color of the links in Dark Blue are harder to read, i'd tried to change to white links, but i hadn't found any way --- Kaz (TalkContributions ) 07:31, February 6, 2008 (EST)
Look up faux-pas. That is exactly not what he meant. --Sky (t | c | w) 14:22, February 6, 2008 (EST)
I did a second at Template:Donkey Kong to show what I meant with the comment on parentheses. --Sky (t | c | w) 17:48, February 6, 2008 (EST)
Blame Internet Explorer. --Sky (t | c | w) 04:27, February 25, 2008 (EST)
