UnQua Stars (UQS) is a professional esports organization based in Chile. Owned by Sebastián Massoud, was founded on the basis that in his experience watching and being in teams in Chile, he noticed that the vast majority if not all tended to be a group of friends rather than something more professional. So the idea was born to create a team where that is not the case, and the team's mission is to be the first step to empower the team members so they can go far in their goals as players, casters, coaches, etc. This is also reflected in the team's name as 運 (Un) means luck in Japanese and قوة (Qua) means strength in Arabic. Therefore everyone on the team is a strong lucky star who will get to shine.
