In Brawl?Edit

I can wave land with wario and luigi by fast falling diagnolly and then air dodging at the last minute. (although I havn't found any offensive uses for it) The only thing Ive managed to do with it is better my chances for a perfect shield while landing. Fwooshlewooshle 04:20, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

yeah, you are right about the perfect shield, but i have found a few offensive uses for it. Kperfekt722 (talk) 19:52, 28 June 2008 (UTC)

If one does a Pk waveland with lucas it has the same properties actually :P,Its also alot easier on slanted edges made by custom stages Hatake91 (talk) 20:02, 28 June 2008 (UTC)

I find it works fairly well offensively for Jigglypuff because you can get a grab or buffer a jumped fair from it very well or buffer a dair. Both are really useful. -- Illinialex 10:45 December 26th

Okay. Assuming the retard who deleted this the first time doesn't come back, here's a question.

Do you have proof that airdodging or whatever you do to do this actually gives you a boost? A1lion835 (talk) 19:23, 8 February 2009 (UTC)A1lion835

MergeEdit

Merge- Is essentially wavedashing.--MegaTron1XD  22:49, August 13, 2010 (UTC)

Merge: This can easily be a section on wavedashing. Doctor Pain 99 (CTE)   22:50, August 13, 2010 (UTC)

Merge As per above. It's just wavedashing as you land. Anon 23:33, August 13, 2010 (UTC)

Don't merge-This can be used in Brawl, which is a big difference that, IMO, qualifies it for its own page. Brawlingbrian  LANDMASTER! 11:43, 22 February 2011 (EST)

Merge - Per the users above for the merge. Blue Ninjakoopa(Talk) 19:13, 11 July 2011 (EDT)

Merge - Exactly what Mega1 said. THEAVENGINGBANDIT 02:01, 18 February 2012 (EST)

Merge - Per all of the above (except Brawlingbrian). --RoyboyX Talk 11:03, 24 August 2012 (EDT)

NameEdit

The Manual of Style states that "Titles should be nouns as opposed to verbs". 'wavelanding' is a noun, whereas 'waveland' isn't. Why should the page be named the latter? – SmiddleT 18:29, 6 July 2011 (EDT)

I think it was to better match wavedash, but tbh I'm not sure how the noun/verb forms of waveland are used. Miles (talk) 18:36, 6 July 2011 (EDT)
