Victini's Final Smash gift[edit]
Okay... so in Ultimate, Victini's function has changed from temporarily buffing its summoner to allowing them to perform their Final Smash. But nobody has specified whether this is a full-strength Final Smash, as given by a Smash Ball, or a watered-down Final Smash, as granted by filling the Final Smash Meter. I won't have the game until Christmas, so could somebody please test the strength of a Final Smash from Victini? --Luigifan18 (talk) 16:07, 22 December 2018 (EST)
