Victini's Final Smash giftEdit
Okay... so in Ultimate, Victini's function has changed from temporarily buffing its summoner to allowing them to perform their Final Smash. But nobody has specified whether this is a full-strength Final Smash, as given by a Smash Ball, or a watered-down Final Smash, as granted by filling the Final Smash Meter.
