Listing every single stage made every day could be hard. After a few months, the page could be pretty big. Perhaps this could be made into a table. -Posted by Pikamander2 (Talk) at 00:02, 10 April 2008 (UTC)

I'm Asuming the first two missing dates and maps would make for 10 Unknown Japanese Maps. Learner3 12:06, 10 April 2008 (UTC)

Uhh...Edit

What happened? Why is this page no longer updated? --Posted by Pikamander2 (Talk) at 01:27, 14 July 2008 (UTC)

This is dumbEdit

Why do we still have this page. It sucks. Will delete as soon as I'm bothered provided someone doesn't have a good argument against. Semicolon (talk) 05:50, February 11, 2010 (UTC)

Why I removed the Smash Service informationEdit

I figure I'll post here, in case anyone else questions this removal.

1. A very severe amount of information was missing, where we got a three years time period to cover, we only had information covering one month back when the service first started.

2. Where would this information be found anyway to complete the service information? I know there would be no one who would have remembered what exactly was sent out on each exact date for even a minority of the information to cover, and I know of no site who kept track of this.

3. If we were to theoretically get all this information, I imagine this article would be way too large, necessitating splitting. We only had a month of the information out of about 36, yet it took up more than 5,000 bytes, which means a theoretically completed article with this information would be at least 180,000 bytes large. But should an article about this subject merit multiple articles to cover it? Which leads to the next point...

4. Was this information even appropriate for the Wiki? I'm of the opinion it is not (but I will not go into detail here).

5. All of which leads to does this information have a reasonable chance at ever being completed, much less at least have something more than a fraction of the information completed? The before reasons leads me to think not.

I believe the Smash Service itself merits an article. However, information regarding what exactly was sent out on each date will not be covered by the SmashWiki for the aforementioned reasons. Omega Tyrant   20:01, 28 May 2011 (EDT)

Merge ConsensusEdit

Support Why not? The reasoning of this tag seems valid. SonDaniel   (talk page) 16:07, May 26, 2020 (EDT)
