Why does the moveset section not have the regular template?

Technically, Sephiroth and most of Challenger Pack 8 are already fully available, just the mii costumes, spirits, and update to Cloud's final smash are not. Is there a reason why this moveset section is still treated like an upcoming character's? 72.219.72.215 20:43, December 17, 2020 (EST)

Also, taunts are typically placed on a page via GIFs - I'll link you to Mario (SSBU) so you can check out an example. As for how, you could probably check the source of that page to find out.
