- They sound different; autolanding sounds like using an aerial then cancelling the landing lag just as you land on the platform, while platform cancel sounds like cancelling any move that can be performed in the air via a moving platform then utilizing an action after (the application link on the page shows Falco cancelling what looks like a reverse neutral B then dropping off the side of the platform to me).
