Double is the name of the pairing mechanic in the Japanese version of Fire Emblem Awakening. The English release has the name of the mechanic as Pair Up. Source: http://serenesforest.net/fe13/namechart.html 108.208.102.9 19:53, 16 July 2014 (EDT)

You're probably right, but they don't always translate the names of things in Smash Bros. properly. We'll have to wait and see. FirstaLasto 19:58, 16 July 2014 (EDT)

Pair Up Glitch

I remember being in a Team Battle on Super Smash Bros. for Wii U with my Robin amiibo and some point during the match, Robin (which I named Inoue by the way) caught Captain Falcon with her Final Smash. Around that same time she hit him, I grabbed him which caused him to be stuck in a frozen tumbling animation while Robin and Chrom was attacking air. After it ended, everything was back to normal. I don't think I attacked him or anything during it 'cause I was surprised it happened. I would've tried to upload it somehow, but I quickly forgot to save the replay. The game was modded though to be honest, but nothing of the mods themselves could cause that.

Ultimate

Is Pair Up in Ultimate? I’ve seen no proof, and the citation just links to some random Twitter post that seems pretty unreliable. Can someone prove this? Like at all? I figured his Final Smash would be Grima’s Breath, or Chrom would be replaced by Alissa or Morgan. 72.133.91.93 18:04, 5 November 2018 (EST)Blueflame105

I can't give a link, but I saw a picture of it in Ultimate floating around on Twitter. Aidan, the Thankful Rurouni 18:06, 5 November 2018 (EST)
