Should we keep all the info on the three variants on this page, or are subpages necessary? Miles (talk) 14:15, 10 June 2014 (EDT)

We don't know yet. I think it depends on whether the game treats them as one or as three. Toomai Glittershine ??? The Labbie 14:16, 10 June 2014 (EDT)
Given the website's treatment of them as one set, I feel like it should be covered on one page. We should reach a decision one way or the other though before we invest any significant work into the variants' pages. Miles (talk) 14:35, 10 June 2014 (EDT)

Different pages for Mii Brawler, Mii Swordfighter, and Mii Gunner

I think that we should do something similar to what was done with the Pokémon Trainer in Brawl. This page can have information that refers to all three of the different types of Mii Fighters, but individual information (such as movesets and tier ranking) can be displayed on the pages for the Mii Brawler, Mii Swordfighter, and Mii Gunner, similar to what was done with the Pokémon Trainer's three Pokémon. If we were to include everything on this page, the page would be very crowded. That is why I think that the Mii Brawler, Mii Swordfighter, and Mii Gunner should have their own pages. Lumastar (talk) 14:46, 10 June 2014 (EST)

I support this. FirstaLasto 14:52, 10 June 2014 (EDT)

Tagline for this page

Hi everyone! I think that at the top of this page, we should have Sakurai's quote, "You can fight, anyone can fight," because that's the closest tagline there is for the Mii Fighters. 72.104.150.69 18:28, 27 June 2014 (EDT)

Trivia

Mii Fighters will have costumes/alternate outfits in this game. —Preceding unsigned comment added by WanderIsAwesome2001 (talkcontribs) 21:54, June 28, 2014‎ (CST)

First, we are aware of that, as you can see here. Second, please sign your talk page comments next time. Berrenta (talk) 23:17, 28 June 2014 (EDT)
Almost forgot: We could work it into the article, though it'll be more suitable in the main part of the page instead of "trivia". Articles of other fighters do mention palette swaps in the main part of their articles, so I won't object adding it to that part of the page. Berrenta (talk) 23:41, 28 June 2014 (EDT)

Multi-Man

When do we see that multi man mode on SSB3D is the Mii Fighters? I need my proof! Forgot to sign 72.105.7.226 13:35, 11 August 2014 (EDT)

Need new copy of Trailer

Old one was taken downGuybrush20X6 (talk) 20:36, 7 September 2014 (EDT)

It's replaced now. Managed to find a link to a working one in the page's history. Berrenta (talk) 21:10, 7 September 2014 (EDT)

In Multi-Man Smash

When you go up against them in Classic Mode, are they always the same "default" ones, or can they be ones on your system? 71.226.144.42 15:24, 17 September 2014 (EDT)

As per the pic of the day, they use Miis saved on your system randomly. ...a new NuttaNutta's Mallo sig.pngis approaching... 15:25, 17 September 2014 (EDT)
Thanks, I appreciate it. 71.226.144.42 15:26, 17 September 2014 (EDT)

Mii Fighter Custom Menu Screenshots

there needs to be some. Igor The Mii (talk) 13:44, 4 October 2014 (EDT)

Just Mii

The English (or at least the US version) just has Mii, outside of the Custom menu. Should it be moved, or should it stay? PikaSamus (talk) PikaSamus 11:40, 7 October 2014 (EDT)

Fighting Mii Team

I think that the Fighting Mii Team in Multi man Smash should have a separate page, like their predecessors!

Neutral, leaning towards oppose There are very few differences between the Mii Fighters and Fighting Mii Team, but they are in no way the same... so I'm mostly neutral. ---Previously unsigned comment added by you. Or maybe Nutta. 14:22, 23 October 2014 (EDT)

Fighting Mii Team renders (with transparent heads)

Found on Imgur.

P.S. Can someone rip the Mii Gunner render of the Fighting Mii Team? It's missing anywhere. Thanks.

Mii Fighter Avatars QR Codes

Aoparrently, from what was posted on tumblr, Sakurai made the Mii's that were used for the Mii fighter Render image, and even released the QR Codes for them in the event players want to actually fight using Mii fighters of those exact design. These codes were then cross posted to Tumblr for everyone to use. I just figured it wouldnt hurt to post this here. If the admins feel its alright, we can possibly upload the QR Code Image to the SSB Wiki.
Ixbran (talk) 08:19, 1 January 2015 (EST)

How do we know it's from Sakurai? Anyone can post stuff on a Tumblr site, and I don't see any attributing source. Toomai Glittershine ??? The Incomprehensible 10:38, 1 January 2015 (EST)
Point, I my self try to give people the benefit of the doubt when they make claims like this, but I decided to do a search just in case. By using the website saucenao.com I was able to locate the first website the image was ever posted, turns out it was made by someone on GameFAQs I should have done this before making the initial post, for that I apologize.

Final Smash

The Final Smash part of the infobox still says "unconfirmed", but I can't work out how to change it. --Flicky1991 (talk) 16:40, 19 January 2015 (EST)

That would be because it's part of this subtemplate. I'll go do something for it. Toomai Glittershine ??? The Interspacial 16:59, 19 January 2015 (EST)

voices

how can you give the miis voices? i'm Valehd the smashbro pro!(talk)tawlk 2 teh catholic pokemon master 12:37, 19 July 2015 (EDT)

Mii Fighters don't have any voices in the game, (thank god!) and there's no way to provide them with any. MeatBall104; I'm open, ladies! 12:46, 19 July 2015 (EDT)
but there were videos on youtube and the miis had voices i'm Valehd the smashbro pro!(talk)tawlk 2 teh catholic pokemon master 15:01, 19 July 2015 (EDT)
While Miis are voiced in other games, such as the Mario Kart series, they are not voiced in Smash. You probably misinterpreted something. Miles (talk) 15:17, 19 July 2015 (EDT)
but the miis had voices in the ssb4 videos i watched i'm Valehd the smashbro pro!(talk)tawlk 2 teh catholic pokemon master 17:59, 25 July 2015 (EDT)
My guess is that the video was edited. There's no way to give the Miis voices, as others have said. Nyargleblargle (Talk) 18:12, 25 July 2015 (EDT)

Mii Fighter Trailer: If you watch the video, Reggie and Iwata do indeed appear. Iwata also does the "Direct Pose". Yes, you will clearly you know this, if you indeed watch it

Do we really need to note this in the trailer section? Nope. This shouldn't even be debatable...lol Smashedpotatoes (talk) 20:18, 26 August 2015 (EDT)

It could be trimmed. We should explain the trailer though. It's just something we do here. Serpent King (talk) 20:21, 26 August 2015 (EDT)
Uhhh I haven't seen any trailer explaining. I mean, the trailer's right there. It's supposed to be watched. People can watch it. Information people need about the characters are on the pages. Any extra cute little antics are not notable here. Like, if you're so curious about any of that stuff in the trailer, watch the trailer. Not that hard Smashedpotatoes (talk) 20:25, 26 August 2015 (EDT)
You can't assume that our articles' audience has necessarily watched Nintendo Directs, or would know who Iwata and Reggie are, or what the significance of the "directly" pose is. Miles (talk) 20:26, 26 August 2015 (EDT)
Also that. Serpent King (talk) 20:27, 26 August 2015 (EDT)
That's not the point. I think it's notable to say who is in those trailers. But the "Direct Pose?" That's for people who know about it. Like, do we really have to mention it, really? Whatever, I'm up against a mod and a potential mod. At least take out the part about Sakurai making the pose. People can make inferences Smashedpotatoes (talk) 20:29, 26 August 2015 (EDT)

Availability

I wouldn't call them starters because they are not there on the character select screen until you create them. Unlockable may be debatable because you don't get a splash screen when you get them and there is no set amount of VS matches to challenge them. They are definitely not downloadable because they've been obtainable at the game's launch and you don't need to go to the eShop. I think maybe their availability should be labeled as "Custom." I know, there are no other custom characters, but the Miis don't qualify for the three availabilities we have and the Mii is all about customization. SeanWheeler (talk) 22:47, 13 November 2018 (EST)
