What's the source of this PR list? I've tried searching for a Mexico Sm4sh Facebook group, Smashboards thread, or a website that documents Mexican PR, but haven't found anything. According to several Reddit threads and a SmashBoards thread, Mexico's tournament scene is heavily unorganized. Can these rankings really be credited? Pokebub (talk) 01:45, 9 June 2016 (EDT)
