Deletion Request[edit]

Official Smash artwork depicting Madama Butterfly.

Opposed

  1. She's an active part of Bayonettas moveset: functioning as Bayo's smash attacks and the wings Bayo uses for double jumps.
  2. Her page has been here since SSB4, there was no fuss then I do not see why there is now.
  3. We have pages dedicated to background stage characters, so there should no problem for her to have one. Again see #1.
  4. She's been featured in official Super Smash bros. Ultimate Artwork. (see right)
  5. She's been named specifically in Ultimate with the inclusion of her as a spirit.
  6. She was name-dropped by Sakurai himself during Bayonetta's SSB4 character breakdown trailer prior to Bayo's release, drawing attention to the fact Bayonetta features Madama Butterfly's shadow when talking about Bayonetta's unique character aesthetics.

Strong oppose. She is a significant chunk of Bayonetta's moveset. I don't see why this is even being suggested. TheNuttyOne 12:48, 10 January 2019 (EST)
