Alright. So this patch was datamined off of the update servers with uwizard. It's how it's always been done; apparently how Ryu + Roy got leaked, too. I know how do do it myself since I got into the Wii U modding scene. Anyway. Bayonetta is absolutely the only character changed. The reason why the 3DS version patch is so much larger is because that they literally send out every single update to the 3DS packed and replace the update data already there.
There was also some minor stage changes, which can be added later. RobSir
