Do we really..

I'm going to bring this up again. I feel it's unnecessary to have articles for voice actors; as of now, we only have three of them, out of the 50+ voice actors in the game. In fact, I even added something about this here, which is currently a proposal at the moment. It specifically states that separate articles about voice actors are not allowed. However, since it's only a proposal at the moment, it can be easily adjusted depending on this decision. Plus, we can easily link to voice actor articles on other NIWA wikis (or not link them at all), and this page should be enough to satisfy our needs. Sure, Charles Martinet may be a prominent voice actor, but he's more known for his voice acting for Mario characters, so I agree that we could change whatever links that lead to his page to interwiki links. Ditto for Bill Rogers. Berrenta (talk) 12:43, 20 November 2014 (EST)

Not quite. In fact, I added the "no voice actor articles" part after I added the deletion suggestion here. The reason I want this deleted it because I feel it's just unnecessary, and added the info of this to the policy afterwards. Support deletion. The inclusion of Charles Martinet's article (and Bill Rogers's) creates an inconsistency relating to voice actor's in general; the alternative to deleting them would involve creating pages for all such VAs, most of which would likely have little to no information on them, much like this page. The inverse of this, including a small sentence or two about the voice actor on the character's page, would be far more conducive.

Bump and support. Few of the voice actors are notable enough to deserve their own page, and those who do should be treated the same. We already have a page listing voice actors and their Smash roles; if we link to anything else on their, it would be a Wikipedia article on them.
