As of now, we've barely made dents in the massive size of this page, even after all the trimming and reformatting. What I would like to propose is utilizing this page as a standard for what changes to include, emphasizing new inputs and attacks over hitbox changes (however radical). Since this would be a radical change, I'd like to ensure no one objects before going through with the changes.
