Super Smash Bros. (tentative title), is the upcoming fourth game in the Super Smash Bros. series. The game was confirmed at E3 2011 in June for the Nintendo 3DS and the Wii U.

Current Information

This is the current official information about the game. More may be released in the near future.

  • Development is set to begin in October.
  • A Capcom character may appear as a fighter.
  • Release is set for 2012.

Rumors

Many rumors have spread concerning the game, all of which are false. A notable one claimed that the game would be called "Super Smash Bros. Universe.", and have 3DS and Wii U connection. The rumor also said that there would be no new EarthBound or F-Zero characters. The rumor was quickly disproven.
