Really low placing and only one tournament. I Support as this smasher only has one tournament and is not rakned top three or first(I don't really know if that's needed).

- If a player is ranked/formerly ranked on a power ranking, he/she should be considered notable. Unless there are more hidden/lost results from these one tournament only players, these pages should not stay.
