Nishiya, formally known as Saiya, is a Japanese Captain Falcon main. He was formerly ranked 20th on the Umebura Smash 4 Power Rankings. He is currently ranked 49th on the JAPAN Power Rankings.
Nishiya continues to main Captain Falcon in Ultimate, becoming one of the best Captain Falcon players in Japan.
