Marss is an SSB4 Zero Suit Samus main from Rhode Island. He and his brother Pugwest have dominated the Doubles scene in New England, and are dubbed Team Yazi, the Doubles Kings of New England. He is currently ranked 15th on the Panda Global SSB4 Rankings, and 1st on the New England Smash 4 Power Rankings and the Rhode Island Smash 4 Power Rankings.
At GENESIS 3, his breakout national appearance, he placed Top 8 in both Singles and Doubles. In Singles, after dropping to Ranai in Pools, he made an impressive Losers run, defeating komorikiri, Earth, and Hyuga, before being eliminated by Nairo to finish at 7th place. In Doubles, he placed 5th with Pugwest after beating ZeRo and Nairo, displaying their impressive ability on the world stage. He would follow up with consistently high placements at national events with 3rd at Pound 2016, 9th at EVO 2016 and Super Smash Con 2016, and 7th at The Big House 6, proving himself to be the second-best Zero Suit Samus player in the world after Nairo, and one of the best players in the world.
He has taken sets off of players such as MkLeo, Abadango, Larry Lurr, VoiD, ANTi, komorikiri, Kameme, Salem, Tweek, and Mr.E.
