Goblin is a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Roy player from Central Florida who is considered one of the two best Roy players in the world along with Kola. His breakout tournament was at Frostbite 2019, where he placed 13th and defeated players such as kameme and Umeki; outside of this tournament, he has also defeated Samsora, Tweek, Kuro, Gackt, ScAtt, and yeti. He is currently ranked 1st on the Central Florida Power Rankings and 42nd on the Fall 2019 PGRU; he was also formerly ranked 21st on the Wi-Fi Warrior Rank v5.
In Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Goblin was also a Roy player. He is ranked 8th on the Central Florida Power Rankings. He has taken sets off of players such as Ryo, Fwed, quiK, and Z.

Controversy
On May 26, 2020, Goblin announced he would be hosting a 128-entrant offline tournament called OnGob 2020.[1] It was planned to be in Central Florida[2] around late July to early August 2020,[3] and also asked about players outside of North America attending.[4] This was while the United States was an epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic for a few months at that point. Goblin was heavily criticized by the community for his insensitivity and making a dangerous event during an ongoing pandemic of a contagious disease.[5][6][7] The event was later revealed to be just a joke, but never evidently.[8]
Trivia
- Goblin has continuously expressed his hate for Sonic as a character in Ultimate, a result of being timed out by Sonix and Wrath often in Wi-Fi tournaments. [9]
- Goblin is often called a "masher", with players joking about him "fighting ghosts" because of his tendency to attack when nobody is around him.
- Due to the polarizing opinion on Luigi in Ultimate, specifically his zero-to-death combo, Goblin created an alter ego - named Mr. G - that satirized Luigi players. He has since used Luigi at several online tournaments.
