Fukurou, is a Japanese Smash 64 player who is considered to be the best Kirby main in Japan, ahead of kysk and Moyashi. One of his earlier wins was vs Prince, the top Yoshi main, back at Kansai 2012. He got 9th at Kanto 2013 and then an unexpected 4th at the first Japanese national tournament of 2015, Kansai 2015. He has improved since then, taking 2nd to wario at Kanto 2015 winning vs Moyashi, Maha, and many other top level players.
He was originally chosen to attend Super Smash Con 2016 but was unable to due to work obligations. Instead, Snosa III ended up being his first US tournament (with Japanese players Gyaki and Hiyo attending as well). There, he did not drop a single game until Grand Finals, where he lost set 1 2-3 against Mariguas but then won set 2 3-1.
Fukurou took first place at Japan Smash Cup 2017 with victories over Yu-Kun, Kysk and Maha and Kanto 2017 with victories over Maha, Keisuke, Wangera, Gyaki and Moyashi.
