Ben Gold, also known as Mr. L, is an Australian Super Smash Bros. Ultimate King K. Rool and Bowser player who is considered to be the best King K. Rool player in the world, placing well in numerous tournaments, including a 1st place victory at Battle Arena Melbourne 11 and a Top 8 finish at Phantom 2019. He has notable wins over many top Australian players such as Extra, Luco, Tru4, and Jdizzle.
In Smash 4, Ben Gold primarily mained Cloud both in singles and doubles. Currently ranked 2nd on the Queensland Power Rankings. He has notable wins over Max Ketchum and Jaice. Additionally, Ben Gold has top 32 placings at Australian majors Expand Gong 2, BAM9 and OHN15 as well as MSM124.
