A Rookie is an SSBM Mario player from Southern California, currently residing in Pensacola, Florida. He is considered the best Mario player in the world, and remains one of the only prominent Mario players. He is currently ranked 1st on the Pensacola Melee Power Rankings, and was formerly ranked 24th on the SoCal Melee Power Rankings. He has taken sets of off Kira, Squid, Alex19, NMW, Lucky, Wobbles, Tafokints and Rudolph.
