The move first resets Simon's horizontal momentum and sets his vertical speed to 0.6 on frames 1-11, then sets his horizontal speed to 1.6 and his vertical speed to -3.8 from frame 12 onward. Manual horizontal movement is also disabled during frames 1-46, or until he hits an opponent, while jostling is disabled during frames 12-36.
