UtilityEdit

Robin's down tilt attack is a quick downward slash with the Bronze Sword. It is a good poking tool as it is rather quick and somewhat safe on shield for a disjointed tilt (-8/-7 when fresh), but its straight angle makes it difficult to connect with a follow-up attack. It is still positive on hit, so it can lead to 50/50 situations with either a Dash grab or a Dash attack/Aerial attack at lower percents. At very high percents (around 137%), it will put the enemy down, allowing for a tech-chase.
