OverviewEdit

Pac-Man thrusts Clyde in front of him and Pinky behind him, sending the opponent in a semi-spike angle. While it is the weakest of Pac-Man's smash attacks, it does have considerable range on either side of him. Like his other two smash attacks, it is able to nullify any oncoming projectiles. However, it has a high amount of starting and ending lag, coming out on frame 18 and having an FAF of 55. As such, it is generally unsafe to use, being useful primarily for roll reads and ledge coverage.

Update historyEdit

Pac-Man's down smash has received only one change in version 1.1.5, where its knockback was slightly increased.

  1.1.5

  •   Down smash knockback scaling (84 (clean)/90 (late) → 86/92)
