Ness telekinetically swings the opponent in a circle in front of himself, then launches them forward. Its very high base knockback makes it excellent at setting up edgeguards however, it also has extremely low knockback scaling, making it incapable of KOing at realistic percents, unless it is used near the horizontal blastzone.
