On frame 2, the move resets Lucario's horizontal momentum, and sets its vertical speed to 0.1. If used repeatedly, the vertical speed value is reduced by 0.3 each time, so for example, it becomes -0.2 on the second use, then -0.5 on the third, until it surpasses Lucario's falling speed; the value is reset to its original state upon landing or grabbing a ledge. Manual horizontal movement is also disabled during frames 2-24.
