OverviewEdit

Update HistoryEdit

  3.1.0

  •   Up smash has more super armor (frames 8-11 → 8-13).
  •   Up smash's hitbox duration is 1 frame shorter (frame 10-14 → 10-13), making it harder to hit opponents above and behind Little Mac.

  11.0.0

  •   Up smash's hitbox duration is 1 frame longer (10-13 → 10-14).

HitboxesEdit

Landing any hitbox after armoring through an attack triggers a Special Zoom.

TriviaEdit

  • The move's shortened hitbox duration between versions 3.1.0 and 11.0.0 was caused due to a mistake with the script's timing functions. Prior to 3.1.0, after the move's late hit on frame 11, it used a synchronous timer of 1 frame to remove its super armor on frame 12, then another of 3 frames to delete the hitboxes on frame 15. Update 3.1.0 increased the first timer to 3 frames, but removed the second one altogether, causing both the super armor and hitboxes to be removed on frame 14. Update 11.0.0 fixed this error by adding an asynchronous timer on frame 15 for the hitboxes.
