  • With an initial base stat of 189 for both attack and defense, Dan is the weakest primary spirit in terms of defense from the entire base game. This is a reference to his status as an intentionally weak "joke" character in the Street Fighter series.
    • However, he is not the weakest spirit in terms of attack, losing to Absolutely Safe Capsule, which holds an initial (and permanent) base attack of 0, and Rock Pikmin, with a base attack of 172.
    • Dan is also the weakest primary spirit in the game overall, with an initial power of 400 and topping out at 2,003, just over half the second-weakest primary spirit, Alm & Celica (Young), whose power starts at 726 and peaks at 3,632.
  • Evil Ryu has the highest attack stat out of any spirit in the game, maxing out at 8,123 at Level 99. Up until the release of said spirit, the Akuma spirit held this distinction, with a max attack stat of 7,941.
    • Ignoring power multipliers from skills and traits, Akuma still has the highest overall power of any spirit at 13,235.
    • Combining Akuma with Demon Style gives what was formerly the highest possible base attack (not including additional multipliers that only apply to specific moves). Since "akuma" can be translated as "demon", this would make this combination literally "Demon Style Demon".
  • Cody is the only Street Fighter spirit to originate from a non-Street Fighter game, although Final Fight and Street Fighter do take place in the same universe.
  • All Street Fighter spirit battles are Stamina Battles, with all but one of them also having reduced jump power. This is a reference to Street Fighter having only stamina battles as well as being more ground based in nature.
  • As with the main series Street Fighter titles, the names for Balrog, Vega, and M. Bison have switched around for Western releases. In Japan, Balrog is known as Mike Bison, Vega is known as Balrog, and M. Bison is known as Vega. Within the fighting game community, the three are known colloquially as "Boxer", "Claw", and "Dictator" respectively.
  • Dee Jay's spirit battle is the only Street Fighter spirit battle to have more than one opponent.
  • Juri is the only Street Fighter spirit who originated from a 3D Street Fighter game, that game being Street Fighter IV.
  • The Street Fighter III games are the only ones whose spirits have no spirit battles, both being summon-exclusive.
  • E. Honda and Dhalsim are the only two World Warriors to not have spirit battles.
  • Street Fighter is currently the only major third-party universe in the base game to get additional spirits through a spirit event.
    • It is also the second major third-party universe in the base game to get additional spirits post-launch, the first being Final Fantasy.
