Returning from Brawl, this track is a remix of the music that would play on the Title Screen of the original NES game Kid Icarus. This track starts in an 8-bit fashion, paying homage to how the track sounded originally, before breaking into a full symphonic orchestration.

This track is a medley of several tracks from the original Kid Icarus, beginning with an orchestral arrangement of the music that plays in Stage 1, Underworld. Later on in the track, Reaper's Theme plays, which played whenever a Reaper spots Pit and summons Reapettes to attack him. The Game Over music is used at the end of the loop. This track returns from Brawl.

Origin

This track is back from Brawl (Despiting that in Brawl, the song name has an original shard in it, rather than the retro in this game), this track is a medley of music pieces in Kid Icarus, retained in their original 8-bit format. The track consists of the Title Screen theme, the Underworld theme, the Dungeon theme, the Stage Clear jingle, the Overworld theme, the Skyworld theme, the Palace in the Sky theme, and the Game Over jingle. These segments are ported from the Famicom version of Kid Icarus, rather than the NES version.
