Leon Powalski (レオン・ポワルスキー, Leon Powalski) is a character from the Star Fox series. He has been a member of the Star Wolf team since its inception.

Origin

Leon is a founding member of team Star Wolf. He would fight team Star Fox many times during Star Fox 64. Leon would always go after Falco, forming a rivalry that would be more pronounced in later games.If Leon is shot down during one of these battles, he will reappear with a cybernetic eye later. Between this and the events of Star Fox: Assault, Andrew Oikonny and Pigma Dengar would leave the team, leaving Leon and Wolf as the two remaining founding members. Team Star Wolf would once again be defeated, but then reappear later to help team Star Fox against the Aparoid invasion. He ended up distracting the Aparoids so team Star Fox would have enough time to save the day. During the events of Star Fox: Command, Leon and the rest of team Star Wolf would have bounties put on their heads. Depending on the ending, Leon would either attack team Star Fox while on the run, go missing in action, taunt Fox for his mistakes that led to Krystal joining Star Wolf, be treated as a hero of the Lylat System, or a combination of these outcomes.

A member of the Star Wolf team and a cold-blooded assassin. Without an inkling of goodwill or moral standing, Leon carries out duties as required by the job, remaining indifferent and robotic throughout. On top of his lethal skills, he maintains a solid reputation as a skilled pilot. Leon has been a teammate of Wolf's ever since belonging to the Venom army.
