Kirby (SSB4)/Neutral attack

Overview

Two quick punches followed by the Vulcan Jab from the Fighter ability. Turns into the Smash Punch from the Fighter ability when ended. Like most neutral attacks, this move is an effective landing or out of shield option due to its quick start-up.
