Could anyone explain how to upload pictures and what to type in the boxes? I don't quite understand it. Brawlingbrian LANDMASTER! 10:24, 31 December 2010 (EST)

The uploading itself is explained on Wikimedia Commons here, basically, you go to Special:Upload locate the file through "choose file" or alternatively paste the URL of the file into the "URL of source" field. Then type in the box "New file name" what the file should be uploaded as, and optionally a description in the field below. I'm not completely sure of the licenses.
