If you have the Nintendo Channel on your Wii, go to the Brawl tutorial 1. It says the makers of SSB were inspired by Pinball. That explains the smash ball floating around (like a pinball?), the pinball bumpers and most of the game mechanics.TheLegendTamer (talk) 15:53, 13 March 2009 (UTC)
Is that really all you had to share? Why do we need a forum for this? As defined by Merriam-Webster a forum is "a medium (as a newspaper or online service) of open discussion or expression of ideas." Total coincidence. The games have no relation at all besides circumstantial evidence. Tons of companies make pinball games. Look at Mario Pinball, Sonic Spinball, Kirby's Block Ball, Metroid Prime Pinball... - Gargomon251 (talk) 21:22, 13 March 2009 (UTC)
