MK can spike with the last hit of his f-tilt. It requires good spacing and a tipper may occasionally knock your opponent diagnally down. Is this considered a semi-spike? TheLegendTamer (talk) 13:54, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

Maybe. I've never seen it though. - GalaxiaD (talk) 22:33, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

If what you're describing is true (I've also never seen it), it might qualify as a semi-spike. Clarinet Hawk (talk · contributions) 23:10, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

It happened to me again recently. It happened on accident, while I was trying out some combos. It seems that the when you hit all three hits and tip the hit in his f-tilt then your opponent might get knocked foward with a little bit of upward knockback instead of mostly upward knockback with a little bit of foward. However if you manage to hit with the first, miss with second, and tip with the third you can sometimes deal downwards and foward knockback. I also noticed it happens more often with people who are tall like snake and Ike. Why does this happen? If there's a way to do this on command MK might have a new edguarding technique. OK, I have confirmed this as real, but the opponent can easily recover if they are under 60% or so. Cheezperson I don't bite... Achievemts 01:01, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

Leave it to a no-life like me to notice these type of things ^_^;. At first I didn't know it could spike cause I performed it on land I noticed that my opponent would faceplant and just slide a long distance. I then investigated and saw that you can spike when they're off the stage. I still don't know why it does it and how to make it happen on command. If it can KO at 60% and above then it's worth learning how to do it on command so MK can score a couple of quick kills... TheLegendTamer (talk) 15:48, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
