I don't know why anyone has acknowledged this yet, but I guess I will. There is no article on this technique, nor is it mentioned on Ness or Lucas' pages. You know Shine Hovering with Fox, right? Ness and Lucas can also hover momentarily in the air by using their PSI Magnet move. Fox isn't the only one who can hover! - GalaxiaD (talk) 02:16, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

You're right about Ness and Lucas being able to hover, but I think it is more specified for Fox because he's a fast-faller, unlike Ness and Lucas, who are light and floaty. So technically it is more useful to Fox than it is for Ness and or Lucas. Zex (talk) 22:20, 28 May 2008 (EST)
