In any mode grab a smart bomb as Wario,kirby or King DDD. Grab a Starman and throw the Smart bomb on the ground. Press B to swallow the explosion (while invincible, throw bomb straight down don't move press B to inhale/chomp). The explosion is eaten and you take damage.
