- Emergency operation. The victim would be sucked into an ambulance which Dr. Mario would go in and do stuff to the victim until Dr. Mario flees and the ambulance explodes. Would cause around 55-60% damage. 220.253.239.109 00:21, October 17, 2009 (UTC)
