Forums: Index Smash 4 Talk ESRB Leak

(I'm pretty sure this already exists, and if it does feel free to delete it, but I couldn't find it, so I'm making it to be sure)
This board is for general discussion of the ESRB leak, the roster it revealed, and theories on why it may or may not be real.

My personal belief is that it's mostly real, but I'm unsure about parts of it. On one hand, it may be an incomplete version of the roster (there are only 48 characters on it- if they had two more it would be the speculated amount of 50). But, ROB and Dark Pit seem a little odd to me. ROB looks like a recolor of his MKDS art, and I can't imagine they'd choose him over the Climbers (but they're one of my mains in ROB isn't, so I'm a bit biased). I can't imagine that they would show Dark Pit in Palutena's trailer but not reveal him if he was a playable character, right? What do you guys think? ...a new NuttaNutta's Mallo sig.pngis approaching... 13:00, 1 September 2014 (EDT)

There's no basis whatsoever as far as I can tell to dispute the legitimacy of the videos. As for the screenshots, they are likely legitimate as well, although I am fairly sure the character select screen was not complete. Miles (talk) 13:15, 1 September 2014 (EDT)
One person claimed that Shulk was just a hack of Marth, with the proof being his up special being nearly identical. Of course, that's been disproven. Really, Shulk's confirmation leaves them with little proof that it's fake. ...a new NuttaNutta's Mallo sig.pngis approaching... 13:25, 1 September 2014 (EDT)
Though I used to dismiss the whole leak as fake, I started to accept it after hearing about what happened after the leaked videos were taken down. Though I'm glad that Shulk's inclusion is confirmed, I'm still taking the rest of the leak--mainly, the image of the roster--with a bit of salt. Berrenta (talk) 13:31, 1 September 2014 (EDT)
