No, this is not about the boxart debate, which has been settled (correct me if I'm wrong). This is about whether on character articles it's best for simply the most recent artwork of the character, or the latest artwork before their latest smash game. For example, for the Mario article, should we have artwork of Super Mario Galaxy on there, the latest main Mario game at the time of Brawl's release, or his Galaxy 2 artwork, the latest period? I'm honestly for having artwork up until Brawl's release. Information on games past Brawl isn't noteworthy, and that includes latest artwork. BNK ^[E|T|C] 05:26, August 21, 2010 (UTC)

I sorta agree with you here. After all, it is the most relevent character artwork. But it would be nice to here some thoughts from other users. Mr. Anon teh awsome 05:30, August 21, 2010 (UTC)

Another reason is that if we chose to have the most recent artwork period, with characters that have very popular series, we will have to put up new images every time they have a new game, and for people like Mario, that's really often. Whereas if we chose the other option, we will only have to update the image when a new Smash game comes out, which won't be nearly as often. Anon 05:32, August 21, 2010 (UTC)
