Forum:"Bad" and "Good" Characters
A lot of people see "good" characters as "bad" fighters for no particular reason. Characters like Ice Climbers, Olimar, King Dedede, etc. are thought to be weak and aren't used for regular Brawls. These people need to stop being biased and show respect to all the characters!-Brawlingbrian

- What do you mean? ICs have their incredible chaingrab and their awesome desync game. Olimar is M2K's worst enemy and King Dedede has chaingrabs, not to mention living forever and having a ridiculously good air attack.
- On your topic though, all characters are evenly good until you get to a high level. By then the once awesome Ike that owned everyone start getting gimped by everyone else, Falcon Punch stops hitting people, and Sonic can't hit anything due to his low priority. You can't really say there is no good or bad characters unless the entire game is made up of identical clones. Brawl is quite unbalanced, its not biased. - Priority isn't the problem for Sonic. Read the priority article. The attacks of Sonic that are difficult to land are due to poor reach, poor hitbox placement, and/or slow start-up lag, not priority. Even then, Sonic has plenty of attacks that aren't difficult to land that allow him to rack up damage efficiently. His abysmal killing power is his main problem, not landing hits. Omega Tyrant

Well... here are my "Good" and "Bad" Characters
Good: Luigi- Main Reason is because of his final smash, Negative Zone... Bowser- He's pretty good compared to most heavyweights of the game... Captain Falcon- His speed is second to Sonic's and of course the ever so famous Falcon Punch Donkey Kong- Power + Bongos= Win... My only issue is his Aerial Up B attack Fox- Nice speed and his Side B can be a good Life saver Wolf- Pretty much the same reason for Fox Ice Climbers- It took me a while to notice their true power, esp. when together... Ike- Strength proves to be a great benefit... Kirby- Definitly a good character... and the little hats amuse me so much... Peach: PEACH BLOSSOM! BEST FINAL SMASH EVAR!!!
Bad: King Dedede- Big Gay Dance... really? On the bright side... It IS funny... Meta Knight- I'm uncomfortable with his B attacks... I do love his Final Smash, though... Mario- Compared to Luigi... He's poop in the grass... Pokemon Trainer (Excluding his Pokemon)- FIGHT LIKE A MAN YOU SCAREDY-BOY! Pikachu- I had enough of that... Fan-Magnet? I mean they act like Pikachu's the best effin' thing on pokemon... No... pikachu is dead to me!
Questionable: R.O.B.- I haven't played as him much... Ehehehe ^^' Olimar- Not the worst, but not the best either... Mr. Game and Watch- His moveset is semi entertaining... and WTF is with the Octopus Final Smash... Pit: I don't like his moveset, yet it's very helpful...
