Advent of the Evil King is the 33rd solo event match out of a total of 41 in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The player fights as Ganondorf against Link, Pit, and Zelda. The player must KO all opponents once to win. The opponents have decreased weight in this event, making them easy to KO.
Unlockables
If a player clears this event on Hard difficulty, they will receive a CD containing the Great Temple/Temple track for use in the Temple stage.

Trivia
- This event is a similar inverse of the Melee event Triforce Gathering (and possibly the Brawl solo event The Ultimate Bodyguard since it also involves Zelda/Sheik and Ganondorf). Instead of having Link as the assigned character with Zelda/Sheik as the CPU ally to KO Ganondorf, the player's assigned character is Ganondorf to KO Link, Zelda/Sheik, and Pit.
- Coincidentally, both events take place on the same stage, namely Temple.
