Girl Power is the 15th event match of the 51 event matches in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
The player controls a fighter of their choice, who is tiny, and must win a 2 stock match against the three female characters in the game: Peach, Samus, and Zelda on the Fountain of Dreams stage. This event match features no time limit. The CPU Samus and Zelda's artificial intelligence is set at Level 4, while the CPU Peach is set at Level 3.
When the match starts, the player will spawn on the leftmost soft platform, while the CPU Zelda spawns on the top soft platform, the CPU Zelda spawns in the center of the main platform, and the CPU Samus spawns on the rightmost soft platform. The player's fighter becomes tiny while the CPU fighters are normal-sized; however, the player's fighter is compensated with buffs to knockback dealt and received, while the CPU fighters are nerfed slightly in both departments as well. Also, this event match features friendly fire, which allows the opponents to attack each other, further easing the difficulty for the player, due to the player being tiny.
